Here is the analysis of my workspace and posture that connected with human ergonomic requirements.
Measurements of workspace and posture

All the measurements that I reached the standard measurements of the seating area with posture.
Analysis of workspace and posture

Fulfill the ergonomic requirements (blue) :
A. I sit centered on laptop monitor.
B. The laptop is approximately an arm’s length away from the front of my body but at a lower height so I need to lower my head to see the screen of laptop.
C. I keep my elbow angle around 110 degrees.
D. I keep my wrists straight while working.
E. Torso to thigh angle is at 90 degrees.
F. There is clearance under work surface so I can put my legs without contacting work.
G. There is no obstructions at foot level so it is free movement.
H. Items used more frequently are placed in the primary work zone (my hands reach it easily).
I. Items used less frequently are placed in the secondary work zone (far away from the seat).
J. Drawers are easily to reach and put some documents inside.
DO NOT fulfill the ergonomic requirements (red) :
K. The chair is not adjustable so I cannot change different postures while seated.
L. There is no armrests so I failed to put my hands on them.
M. There is no table lamp on the workspace so there is a little dark when I want to focus my work.
N. My feet cannot be flat on the floor and I do not have a foot rest.
Analysis of reach zones and storage placement

A. Primary Zone
My elbows are fairly close to the body and shoulders relaxed with little to no reach required. I can reach the items used more frequently such as mouse and outlet.
B. Secondary Zone
I reach the secondary zone with the arm stretched out from the body. I can reach the items used less frequently such as stationery or calendar.
C. Tertiary Zone
I reach the tertiary zone with the arm stretched out from the body and bending the waist to get the items which are not very important.
D. Storage Zone
There are two drawers under the work surface and there is no limitation to interfere with leg clearance or movement.
Possible implications

A. I may have a back pain and shoulder pain because the material of the chair is hard and the back of the chair cannot be adjusted into greater degrees.
B. I may have an eyes strain and myopia because the workspace is at the corner and it is dark. Although there is a downlight on the ceiling, there is no table lamp. When I work for a longer time, I will feel tired and cannot focus on my work.
C. I may have a little uncomfortable with the height of the chair. It is a little high because when I sit on the chair, my feet cannot be flat on the floor.
D. If I work for a long period, I may have a neck pain because I failed to view the entire screen with the head in an upright posture.
E. To view the entire screen of the laptop, I may have a hunchback because I want to adjust my seating height.
Recommendations to improve them

A. Change an adjustable chair instead of traditional plastic chair to release back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain.
B. Wear a pair of anti-blue glasses or to release eyes strain.
C. Always sit straight or put the pillow at the back of the chair to avoid hunchback.
D. Put a table lamp on the work surface to avoid myopia.
E. Have a foot rest.
